Will you keep my card on file?
Yes, we will safely store your credit card in our POS system and charge it at the first of each allocation month.
How will I know when my wine is ready for pick up?
You’ll receive email communication from The Farm letting you know release dates and event details. Be sure to include an accurate email during sign up!
Can I change my package quantity or variety?
When you sign up for our wine club, you will get log in information from a third party site, The Wine Club Site. Use your log in information to adjust your membership details at anytime.
What if I want to cancel my membership?
You can cancel your membership at anytime. We just ask that you send us an email at [email protected], one month prior to the next allocation.
Do you ship?
We do! We are excited to announce that we ship to 41 of 50 states. Additional shipping costs will be added at check out.
What if I can’t attend the release event?
No problem, you can arrange to pick up at a different time or set up shipping. We do ask that members try to pick up their wine within 30 days of the release.
