Rosé

This pretty-in-pink wine starts with fresh peach aromas that give way to delicate, tart red fruit flavors. We started with a 50/50 blend of pinot noir and gamay noir fruit, which builds its pink color and fresh strawberry flavors. Then we added whole-cluster pinot noir for a delicate balance before topping her off with whole-cluster pinot gris for texture. The end product? Something delicious and easy to drink!
