A well-balanced, estate-grown riesling that will leave your tastebuds feeling refreshed and wanting more! After harvesting at peak ripeness, we barrel fermented in neutral oak for three months before the wine naturally stopped fermenting. We couldn’t be more pleased with the perfect balance between the natural sweetness of the fruit and the acidity in our first-ever riesling.
